Annual National Institute (ANI):
Thank you to all the speakers who participated in this year's Annual National Institute. The Call for Speakers for the 2025 ANI will open up soon. When the call for speakers opens, you are not required to be an AAHAM member to submit a program proposal. Your invaluable contribution is essential to the success of American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management's Annual National Institute.
Since the 1970s, AAHAM has been a pivotal source of education and information for thousands of patient financial services professionals throughout the United States. As an AAHAM speaker, you have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals
striving for personal and professional improvement, as well as contributing to the enhancement of their workplaces, AAHAM, the industry, and the nation at large. Your wealth of experiences and insights are highly sought after—seize this opportunity

Speaker Proposal Details
We offer four (4) concurrent tracks: Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management, Professional Development/Leadership, and Operational Management
- Sessions range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes including Q&A
- Presentation materials are required in a PDF to assist the committee in making an informed decision
- Presenter will present only educational information. This session may not be used to promote or sell a product or service.
- Presenter agrees to submit their handouts in a PDF by stated deadlines
- Presenter agrees to provide their own laptop at the session
- Presenter agrees to provide copies of handouts; AAHAM does not provide them.
- One complimentary, non transferable registration will be offered for each proposal that is chosen. Sessions that have multiple speakers will need to determine who will receive the complimentary registration. Speaker fees and expenses are not included nor covered by AAHAM.
- You are not required to be an AAHAM member to submit a proposal.
- The call for speakers for the 2025 ANI will open up approximately in December 2024. For those that submit a speaker proposal outside of the call for speakers timeline, they will be reviewed approximately in February 2025.

Webinars:
Webinars are a 60 to 90 minute live presentation that includes a Q&A period (if time permits) and optional electronic handouts for the participants. This format allows unlimited people to listen in on the same session. Topics should include anything pressing for patient financial services professionals, hot topics and/or provide participants with information to better themselves and their careers. Proposals for webinars may be submitted at any time. We appreciate that speakers who present a webinar agree to waive compensation.
